EASY FRUIT SALAD 
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
2 bananas
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. juice from pineapple and oranges

Drain pineapple and oranges. Add 1 cup juice to pudding mix. Cook pudding, stirring constantly, until just thickened. Cool. Fold in pineapple and oranges in pudding mixture.

Just before serving, cut up and add bananas.

Optional: Add bunch of grapes or apples or red cherries.
