HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
2-3 sm. potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup, little milk in soup
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Place by layers in casserole dish - hamburger and onions, then layer of thin sliced potatoes, ending with hamburger mixture. Pour cream of mushroom soup over top. Poke holes to let soup go through. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. Serve with vegetables or salad.
