RUTH'S BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar combined with 1/4 c. water

Put berries, lemon juice and sugar-water combination in a two-quart pan.

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is coarse. Sprinkle this over blueberries. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 8 people.
