GOLDEN CURRIED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch ovenproof glass baking dish. Arrange chicken in prepared dish. Set aside. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add next 7 ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken.
