CRUNCHY APPLE COBBLER | |
6 thinly sliced apples 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats 1/2 c. apple juice 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves 2 tbsp. raisins 1/3 c. crunchy cereal (such as Grape Nuts) Layer the oats in the bottom of an 8 inch square non-stick or pan or a pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Combine the apple juice, cinnamon and cloves and pour mixture over the apples and oats. Sprinkle the raisins on top. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil. Cover the top of the apples with crunchy cereal and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 6. Only 150 calories per serving! |
