CRABMEAT SALAD 
1/2 c. macaroni
1 sm. head lettuce
3 tomatoes
3 carrots
8 oz. crabmeat
1 spear of broccoli
1/3 head of cauliflower
Optional ingredients

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and cool. Wash and drain vegetables. Tear lettuce into small pieces. Chop remaining ingredients into small pieces. Toss ingredients in a 2-quart salad bowl. Makes 6 to 8 (1/2 cup) servings.

Dressing, we like Italian.

Optional ingredients you may like to add: green onions, celery, fresh English peas, cucumbers, bell peppers, boiled shrimp, grated boiled eggs, grated cheese (We like Mozzarella). Experiment with other ingredients your family likes or that might be in season.
