CRANBERRY PIE | |
Crust for top and bottom pie 3 1/2 c. chopped fresh cranberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. flour Dash salt 4 tbsp. water 4 tbsp. butter, melted Combine flour and sugar. Add to cranberries. Mix. Add water, salt and butter - pour into unbaked pie shell - put on top crust - cutting vent holes for top - flute edges. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. |
