GRANDMA PAULIE'S MUSHROOMS &
EGGS
 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, trimmed & chopped
1 c. water (approximately)
3 tbsp. ketchup
Soy sauce to taste
Pepper to taste
1 egg

1. Saute chopped onion. Add mushrooms.

2. Boil water and add to mushroom-onion mixture (just enough water to cover).

3. Add ketchup, soy sauce and pepper.

4. Cook uncovered on medium heat 20-30 minutes, or until most of the liquid has cooked off.

5. Scramble egg into the cooked mixture.
