TAMALE PIE 
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. canned corn
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
3 tsp. chili powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cornmeal
3 eggs (beat separately, whites & yolks)
Salt
Sm. amt. Tabasco (if desired hotter)

Boil all but cornmeal and eggs for 15 minutes. Add cornmeal gradually to desired thickness, then egg yolks. Take off stove and fold in egg whites (well beaten). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
