SAUERKRAUT AND RICE 
1 c. rice
1 lg. can sauerkraut rinsed and drained
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. diced onions
Paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Cook rice and drain. Fry onion in oil. Add seasonings, kraut, and fry about 20 minutes. In baking dish, layer kraut and rice. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Very good served with pork chops.
