SALISBURY STEAK 
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. fine dry crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 of 1 oz. env. brown gravy mix
1/2 of sm. onion, sliced & separated into rings
2 tbsp. thinly sliced celery

Combine egg, crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and dash of pepper. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 2 (1/2" thick) patties. Place in a 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Micro-cook, loosely covered, on 100% power for 2 minutes, rotating dish a half turn once. Turn patties over, micro-cook loosely covered on 100% power for 1 to 2 minutes more or until done. Remove patties, reserving drippings in baking dish. Keep patties warm.

Stir gravy mix, onion, celery and dash pepper into reserved drippings. Stir in 1/2 cup water. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute. Skim off fat. Serve patties atop steamed vegetables, if desired. Spoon gravy mixture over patties. Makes 2 servings.
