SALISBURY STEAK DELUXE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. parsley

In small bowl, blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Combine in large bowl ground beef, 1/4 cup of the soup mixture, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into patties brown and drain fat.

Stir in water, parsley in soup mixture. Pour soup mixture over beef patties. Cover and cook 20 minutes on low heat.
