DOUBLE TOFFEE DELIGHT 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour, plain
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 c. water

Combine brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon and set aside. In a large mixer bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour 1/3 batter in 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mixture. Pour rest of batter over sugar mixture. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
