VEGETABLE MEATBALLS 
1 rounded c. hamburger
1 med. onion, minced
1 med. carrot, grated or finely shredded
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Mix all together. Form into balls. Brown in skillet. Put into casserole or baking dish. Pour 1 can of chicken soup diluted with 1/2 cup water. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
