GOLD COAST PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chops
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 c. carrots, sliced thinly
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/8 tsp. sage
1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips

Brown chops; pour off fat. Stir in soup; 1/4 cup water, carrots, onions, and sage. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add green peppers. Cook 15 minutes longer or until done.
