STROMBOLI 
1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
12 oz. pepperoni or salami, sliced thin
12 oz. mozzarella or provolone cheese, sliced thin
12 oz. ham, sliced thin
1 egg, beaten
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Thaw bread dough in the refrigerator, do not let dough rise. Divide thawed dough in half. Roll each half into a 12 inch square. Divide meats and cheese in half then layer onto the two 12 inch dough squares. Roll up each square like a jelly roll. Brush the seam and the ends with the beaten egg and pinch the dough together to seal. Place the two "rolls" on a lightly greased and floured cookie sheet and brush with the beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, 20 to 30 minutes. Slice in 1 inch pieces and serve with spaghetti sauce. Makes 2 strombolis.
