EASTER BREAD 
5 lbs. flour- 20 c
2 cakes Household yeast
15 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 bottle anise
1 pt. warm milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs, add sugar slowly. Add vanilla and anise. In large pan, put flour, salt. Add liquid ingredients. Add oil. Knead 20 mins. If sticky, add oil to hands. Let rise 2 1/2 -3 hours. Punch down. Let rise again 1 1/2 hours. shape loaves. Let rise 1 more hour. Brush with beaten egg mixed with sugar.

Bake 325°F for 30 mins.
