PIZZA 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

15 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. oil
Oregano
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Garli c salt

To taste.

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cover and sit in a warm place until dough rises (about 1 1/2 hours). Combine the sauce ingredients and cook on low for 1 hour. Spread dough on greased cookie sheet.

Top with sauce and any additional toppings. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 2 pizzas.
