1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 c. (8 oz.) Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans. Blend all ingredients on low speed mixer for 30 seconds. Blend 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. For cakes cool 10 minutes on wire racks and then remove from pans.
