TUNA SWISS CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. half & half
1 (12 - 13 oz.) can tuna, strained & coarsely flaked
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter and cool onion and celery, cook until tender about 8 to 10 minutes. Add cheese and half and half, cool, stirring until cheese is melted.

Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in tuna and bread crumbs, pimento, salt and pepper. In cup, with fork, beat eggs slightly, stir into tuna mixture. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole and pour mixture into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or 45 minutes until heated through. Serves 6.
