SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cracked Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook squash until tender; drain. Add grated cheese, crackers and butter, egg and milk. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 250 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
