BAKED MACARONI & TOMATOES 
1 pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni following package directions, drain and reserve for later use. In large skillet, saute onion in butter just until tender. Add tomatoes, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, stir in contents of cheese packet. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until mixture is thoroughly blended. Gently stir in reserved macaroni. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove, top with cheese slices. Bake 5 minutes more.
