HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen OreIda potatoes (thaw to separate)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) carton sour cream
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix well above ingredients. Place in large pyrex dish. Crumble 1 cup corn flakes to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
