GLUGG 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Spanish rice
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces
Barbecue sauce

Braise meat in frying pan over high heat for 5 minutes. Then add rice and mushrooms in that order. If you like spicy dinners, add the barbecue sauce. Simmer over low heat, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
