TACO HOT DISH 
9 oz. pkg. taco chips
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. head lettuce, chopped
3 or more tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Butter a 9"x13" pan. Crumble taco chips and place in pan. Brown and drain ground beef, add taco seasoning. Spread over chips. In saucepan, mix milk and soup, stirring until smooth. Pour over ground beef. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with chopped lettuce and tomato. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting. You may sprinkle with taco sauce if desired.
