GRECO ROMAN PASTA 
Salad:

4 c. fresh spinach, chopped
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
2 to 4 green onions, sliced
salt & pepper
2 c. pasta (4 c. cooked)

Garlic Dressing:

1 c. oil
6 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
salt
pepper

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
