SWISS CHEESE BROCCOLI | |
1 lb. broccoli (cooked 10 minutes) 3 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. chopped onion 1 1/4 c. milk 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 2 eggs, beaten Melt butter and add flour and onion. Cook for several minutes. Add milk and bring to boil. Add eggs and cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Pour over broccoli in 10 x 6 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
