SHRIMP MOLD 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (6 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Heat soup (undiluted) until warm. Add cream cheese. Mix until creamy. Keep heat low. Dissolve gelatin in 1/8 cup boiling water. Add gelatin to above. Keep stirring until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour into lightly oiled mold. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
