RUSSIAN STROGANOFF 
1 lb. top round steak
1 very large onion
1 med. can mushrooms
2 half pints sour cream
4 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sweet basil
1/2 c. white wine

Saute onion, cut finely in butter, cut meat in small pieces, add to onion. Brown meat slightly, lightly seasoned. Add mushrooms (no liquid), ketchup, Worcestershire, and 1 pint sour cream. Simmer for 10 minutes, add second sour cream, stir well, add herbs and wine, and add one tablespoon flour to thicken. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
