CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped
12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Cut chicken into pieces. Saute onions and bell peppers in butter until tender. Combine everything else and place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
