JAM MUFFINS 
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients together well. Spoon 1/2 the batter into greased muffin tins. Drop 2 teaspoons of jam in each tin, and spoon in the remaining batter to cover jam. Bake at 400 degrees for 17 minutes.
