RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Saute celery and onions in butter. Mix soup and cheese. Add rice, broccoli, celery and onions in baking dish (casserole). Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Double recipe to serve 8-12 people.
