COCOA MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cold water
3 egg whites

Preheat oven to 375 to 400 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks. Blend flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add this alternately with water. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in muffin tins lined with papers. Bake 20 minutes. Serves 15 go 16.
