STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
10 oz. pkg. strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. sour cream

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add strawberries, partly frozen. Add drained pineapple and pecans. Pour 1/2 mixture into mold and refrigerate. When set, spread sour cream in layer over mixture. Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream layer and refrigerate until top jello mixture is completely set. Serves 10 to 12.
