TUNA RING WITH CHEESE SAUCE | |
1 egg 2 cans tuna, drained 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. dried parsley 1 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/2 c. cold water Beat egg slightly. Set aside 2 tablespoons of egg. Stir tuna, onion, cheese, parsley and pepper into remaining egg. Stir baking mix and water to soften dough. Knead 5 times. Roll into rectangle 15 x 10 inches. Spread with tuna mixture. Roll up, beginning at long side. With sealed edge down shape into ring on greased baking sheet. Pinch ends together. With scissors, make cuts 2/3 of way through ring at 1 inch intervals. turn sections. Brush with egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 2-4. Serve with cheese sauce. |
