1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa, butter and milk together. Heat but do not boil. Add confectioners sugar, pecans and vanilla. Pour over warm Hershey's Cocoa Cake.
