EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. round beef
1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. minced onions
1 c. mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Slice beef thin, then dip in flour. Melt butter in frying pan. Fry beef in pan, turning quickly. Add onions. Saute until brown. Add water and soup. Cook for 20 minutes. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over buttered noodles.
