CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
Dash of salt and pepper
4 heaping tbsp. salad dressing
1/4 to 1/2 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
Parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat egg and combine with rest of ingredients. Add crabmeat and toss lightly. Put in buttered casserole dish, top with cracker crumbs, melt butter and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees. Top with grated cheese, if desired, after casserole is removed from oven.
