IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. butter

Mix crabmeat, crumbs, celery, pepper and eggs. Mix all remaining ingredients into mayonnaise; blend well. Stir melted butter into mayonnaise mixture and pour over crabmeat mixture. Mix well.

Pour into a well buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tip: Additional buttered bread crumbs may be sprinkled over top before baking.
