ELEGANT CRAB IMPERIAL 
2 slices white bread
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. fresh crabmeat (drained and flaked)
White sauce (see below)
Paprika and chopped parsley

Remove crusts from bread slices; cut bread into small cubes. Combine next 7 ingredients, gently fold in bread crumbs and crabmeat. Spoon into four 6 oz. baking dishes (or casserole) and top with white sauce.

WHITE SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, cook until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Yield: 1/2 cup.
