REUBEN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) drained sauerkraut
4 c. shredded Swiss cheese (1 lb.)
1 1/2 c. Thousand Island Dressing
1 lb. corned beef (slice in little pieces)
8 slices rye bread (cubed)
1/2 c. melted butter

9x13 pan. Put sauerkraut in bottom of pan, 1/2 portion of cheese, 2/3 cup dressing, layer of beef, then rest of cheese, rest of dressing. Put bread in melted butter (do last). Spread over casserole. Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes.
