POPPY SEED ALMOND CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. each extract, vanilla, almond and butter

Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and poppy seeds. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. each extract, vanilla, almond and butter

Punch shallow holes in warm loaves with toothpicks. Pour glaze over warm cake. Remove from pan after 1 minute.
