FETTUCINI ALA ROMA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucini
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
2 1/2 c. ham, diced
8-10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta. Saute mushrooms in butter; add all other ingredients and stir to heat. Pour over hot drained pasta and toss.
