QUICK TATER TOT BAKE | |
1 lb. beef or turkey, ground 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 (16 oz.) pkg. tater tot, frozen 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (cream of chicken or cream of celery can be used) 1/2 soup can water or milk 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper (optional) Brown meat and onions; drain and season. Place in a greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Top with frozen tater tots. Combine soup with water or milk; mix well. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
