COOKED GREENS 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. fresh turnip greens
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. fresh mustard greens
Fatback
Smoked ham bones
A little sugar
A little red pepper

Wash greens thoroughly. Set aside.

Put fatback, bones and smoked meat into a large pot; add water and bring to a boil. Cook until meat is tender.

Add sugar, red pepper and greens; lower heat and cook until greens are tender, up to 2 hours.
