FREEZING GREENS 
Turnip
Mustard
Spinach

Wash and chop. Boil until nearly done. Drain. Pack in freezer bags.

To prepare - About 1 hour before serving, place frozen greens in large pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil (reduce heat, cook until done). Add salt and pepper, small amount of Crisco to season. Licking good!
