GREENS SPINACH 
3 lbs. each mustard and turnip greens
Choice of meat
1 rib celery
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Cook meat until tender. Wash greens thoroughly. Then cook greens until tender. While greens are cooking add 1 rib celery, diced; 1/2 cup onion, diced; 1/2 teaspoon of salt; then 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Let cook until desired tenderness.
