MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Combine cake mix, mandarin oranges including juice, eggs and oil. Beat with mixer according to directions on cake mix package. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine pineapple and dry pudding mix. Add the Cool Whip.
