MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

TOPPING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix first 4 ingredients and juice from mandarin oranges. Fold oranges into batter carefully by hand to prevent mashing. Bake in 9x13 inch pan according to directions on box of cake mix. Cool cake and frost with topping above. Refrigerate.
