BOOK CAKE 
1 layer of cake (9x12")

FROSTING AND DECORATION:

225 gr. butter frosting (1 c.)
50 gr. melted chocolate (1 2/3 oz.)
1 piece colored ribbon

To frost and decorate, cover the cake completely with frosting, reserving 1/3 to decorate. Put the remaining frosting into a decorating sleeve. With the shape of a small star, trim the edges of the cake. Use a small water proof sleeve with a small hole on the top of draw the details (words, numbers, etc.) with the melted chocolate so that it looks like an open book. Place the ribbon in the middle as a book mark. Place the cake on a table or big tray before frosting and decorating.
